PBR Materials Pack - Substance
Lightweight and easy to use substance materials. Can be used in Unreal 4, Substance Painter, Substance Player and Unity 5.

Technical Information:
- Maps generated by the .sbsar are: Diffuse, Normal, Roughness, Metallic and Height maps
- Texture Resolution: Up to 2048x2048. For best results stay at a minimum of 256x256
- Tileable Variation: Possible with tweaking of basic, normal and advanced parameters
- Supports: DirectX and OpenGL Normal Map formats.
* All substances' resolution can be changed. Except for the leather because the Edge Detect node is resolution dependant.
** For Unity & Unreal users: Make sure you have the latest Substance Plugin installed. Otherwise your .sbsar files won't be detected.

Update: This pack has been updated for better compatibility with Unity. The Metallic output is an RGBA texture: RGB Channel for Metallic Value, Alpha channel for Roughness Value.
Unity's MetallicSmoothness picks this up automatically. For Unreal, ignore the Alpha Channel in Metallic and use the Roughness output instead.
